1 Selecting Items to Purchase
Select the desired vehicle and adapter then click "Add to Cart", and continue shopping. To view all of the items you have selected to purchase click on "My Cart" at the top of the page.

2 Checking Out
When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the "My Cart" button then the “Check Out” button at the bottom of the page.

3 Payment
Finally, select the appropriate shipping charge, fill in your payment information and click the "Continue" button at the bottom right of your screen. Your order number and invoice will appear and we will email you a copy shortly thereafter!

Domestic Shipping Info

Please note:
We can not ship to P.O. boxes using UPS.

Shipping charges:
Standard shipping charges for any mp3yourcar.com order are calculated based on the weight of your order.

When shipping outside USA, import customs duty may apply. Check your local UPS or post office for your local tax rules.

State taxes will not be charged to any order shipped outside the state of CA to a US address.

Your shipping costs will be displayed during the "Checkout" process immediately after you enter your address. Please allow up to 24 business hours for order processing.

All of our products are FCC approved and are suitable for use within North America and Latin America.

Returns

Returns may be made within 30 days of product purchase.

If you are not satisfied with our product you can ship it back to us for a refund.

Terms:
The product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging, manual, accessories.

There will be no refund on shipping charges.

Neo Car Audio is in no way liable for any installation or removal costs for any reason.
All expenses are to be paid by the end user. No exceptions.

Refund will be made upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. All packages sent to our warehouse must have an RMA number. Packages without RMA number will be denied and returned to sender.

Warranty

Our products include a 1 year warranty, parts and labor unless otherwise specified. Replacement/Upgrade parts carry a 90 day warranty.

Terms:
The warranty ends one year from the date of purchase. If an item needs to be returned for repair, the end user agrees to work with the manufacturer technical support and warranty repair departments directly unless otherwise instructed by Neo Car Audio.

Out-Of-Stock, Replacement Product

Overview:
We stock over 3000 vehicle specific cables and over 300 vehicle specific adapters from different factories world wide. We have standardized the order process by calling most iPod adapters "Neo iOn" and most video adapters "Neo Nav".

Look and Feel:
The Neo iOn case varies in color, shape, and size. Once installed the Neo iOn is hidden behind the radio and is not seen when used.

Features:
The Neo iOn will always have the same great features regardless of packaging. Some vehicles support additional features not listed on the website - please consider it a free upgrade.
